Norway Day 2 part 1 - Scouting Tromsø & Polaria Museum

16 Nov - First time ever set foot in a country during winter with snow and ice on the ground, we wasted no time in checking into the hotel and hit the streets to explore.

The night sure came fast. On average, we are only getting about 3-4 hours of daylight.

To make full use of our limited time, we woke up early in the morning to start exploring Tromsø. While walking along the streets, we stopped by this snow covered playground for some photo sessions.

Norway Day 1 - Transit to Tromsø

15 Nov - Waking up early in the morning for a short drive to Dubai Airport to return the car and prepare for our next leg of the journey. Can't wait to be able to finally set foot in Europe and see snow for the first time.

UAE Day 2 - Ferrari World (Abu Dhabi)

14-Nov - Our stay over time in UAE is relatively short. With no time to spare, we woke up early next morning to make our way to Abu Dhabi, which was about 90mins car ride away. Along the way, we tried to make stops to take pictures of some iconic structures.

Luckily, almost 90% of the theme park is air-conditioned. Or else, I do not know how to survive the punishing weather elements.

UAE Day 1 part 2 - Dubai

13-Nov - After the desert tour (which ended quite early at about 10.30am local time), we got the green light to check into the hotel and proceed to explore the desert city.

The music fountain show was simply spectacular, which of course put our Singapore Marina Bay Sands music fountain show to shame. Haha.

UAE Day 1 part 1 - Dubai

13-Nov - After a tiring midnight flight from Singapore, we landed safely in Dubai just in time to catch the sun rise. ^_^ Sleepy.... Lucky for us, this is the start of the cooler season for UAE. Temperature will typically range in the high twenties to low thirties instead of the burning forties just a few week ago!

However, there is no time for us to rest as immediately, we are off to our desert camel farm visiting, sand biking and sand wakeboarding tour!

K:Missing Kings

Finally, a movie to continue the story where the anime left off. However, the first 30 minutes is really uncalled for as it just show a summary of what happens from the anime. Nonetheless, an interesting new clan has emerged. This new clan, known as the "green" jungle has unique abilities that can be quite handful. The Red King which was killed in the anime has now been replaced. One thing that I am unhappy about this movie is that there was no formal ending. The author has took the trouble to introduce the green clan, but left a lot of questions unanswered. This left me thinking there will definitely be a part two to this movie.
