After this semester, I shall always remember these toxic chemicals in the environment: PCDD/Fs, DL-PCBs, PBDE-49, PBDE-99, PBDE-209.
Most amazingly of all, they are all man-made, bio-accumulative in the seafood we eat, get stuck in the lipids of our body, and ultimately, causing us to malfunction, if present in a high enough concentration. The side effects of technology advancement and industrialization....
