A recent trip down to the HR to sign some document for the out-process of my IA reveal some rather disturbing fact. Out of curiosity, I asked the personal roughly how much a degree with honours holder salary is like? I guess $2500 but to my surprise, he say the company can't pay a salary like that. At most it will be just around $2000. In addition, they do not care whether you have honours or not, the basic principle is: You are a degree holder.....I certainly hope the rest of the private sector is not like that, or else, what is the use of studying 4 years??
