Happened to chance upon SK at 85 while having supper with some of my soccer clique yesterday. I really couldn't recognise him at first as he had slim down a lot! But looking at me, think the spare fats around my tummy is coming out. Looks like have to exercise more self control and cut down on the extra kilos gained in 2009!!
