Finally..the GOOGLE PIN arrived
Ha, finally, after a 21 days wait.. the Google PIN arrived at my house. I was getting increasingly agitated when after 2 weeks, the much awaited mail still are now-where in sight. Well, the Adsense people did promise a 2-4 weeks wait. But normally, a US mail will only take about 13 days, or at maximum, a 15 days wait. I wonder what is causing the delay?? Well, better be late than never~ =)
Country: Singapore
Date of PIN generation: 22/01/2008
Date the letter was sent: 26/01/2008
Date of arrival: 16/02/2008 (21 days)
Well, to all the people who are still waiting for their PIN, my own advice to you is: Be patient~

27 dresses
Synopsis: Jane (Katherine Heigl) is a vivacious New Yorker with a great job, a great apartment and a collection of ugly bridesmaid dresses she'll never wear again. She is so enamoured in other people's love lives that she is guilty of 'wedding-hopping', a feat witnessed by Kevin (James Marsden), a newspaper reporter who realises that a great story on this 'always-a-bridesmaid' is his ticket off the wedding beat. Jane's precise, organised life is disrupted when sexy younger sister Tess (Malin Akerman) arrives from Europe and immediately captures the heart of George, Jane's boss (Ed Burns). Accommodating Jane is enlisted to plan yet another wedding but there's a serious complication - Jane is secretly and desperately in love with George!.
A cliche typical Hollywood romance-comedy movie. I guess it must be pretty sad to be always a bridesmaid, but never a bride. But well, the main character in the movie goes to the extreme to being 27 times bridesmaid! I must say that it is pretty enjoyable watching Jane and Tess (her sister) battle it out over George, and watching Jane getting jealous but helpless! Well, in the end she did get married, but I shall not reveal who the person was. A good movie to watch with your love ones~

Virus
Sheesz, I just open a trojan file received from GZ without realising that it is not a jpeg file but a MS-DOS application. But, my Window Vista closes the programme saying it is not running first, and the antivirus which is updated and on at that time did not detect any virus intrusion. Now.. I don't know if my computer has gana a not. Well, just to be safe, just do not receive and open any files from me on MSN, unless I tell you so and can verify that i am online at that point in time. Hmm.. Is my computer infected????Sunday, January 27, 2008

Career Fair
The throngs of people, hoping to land on that few positions available. Just how many of them are genuinely jobless? Anyway, I cannot find any company there that suits the discipline I am studying in. I was hoping for NEA, but instead, I found NPBoards. well, looks like school career fair is still the best~

Unknown land
Beneath the dark clouds over our heads,
With uncertain hearts we journey into the unknown.
Over the choppy seas we went and ride,
Setting foot on land hoping to find sunshine again....
