Taiwan Day 4 part 2 - 九族文化村

08-Apr - After touring the teddy bear museum, it is time for a second coaster ride! The good thing I liked about the coaster here is that there is absolutely no queue for the ride. I do see a lot of small children running around on excursion trips and they certainly do not meet the coaster minimum requirement, but where are the teenagers and adults? Do they not like the trills of the coasters? Hmmm

Roller coaster with no queue!

One Piece figurines again!

In order to avoid missing out visiting the major attractions in the cultural village, we decided to take the village's cable car to the top of the hill first for a view of the surrounding area and claimed the free Sun Moon Lake cable car ride (cost of the ride is part of the village entrance price package) down to the scenic lake.

As the time quickly goes by at the beautiful Sun Moon Lake, we had to force ourselves to head back to the cultural village to view the remaining exhibits before the site closed for the day.

Start of the nine original tribes exhibits of Taiwan, which is kind of boring to me. =p

Another replica house belonging to the Puyuma Tribe

The tour of the tribal exhibits was kind of rush as we only have 90mins before the cultural village closed for the day. No complains though as the exhibits are not particularly interesting to me. They are just exhibits after exhibits of nine different tribes that occupied the island of Taiwan in the past. As the day draws to an end, we took the last bus out of the cultural village back to 台中.
