I don't believe I am getting a 17MB powerpoint for my lecture tomorrow. Having a download rate of 12KB/S, its going to take me 25 minutes. Great IVLE, you just set a record for the slowest download speed. If the system is laggy because of overloading, then please don't enroll so many students... NUS, one of the top 50 ranking university in the world? I don't think so.....
